Re: “Dexter Lewis gets life sentence for Fero’s Bar massacre,” Aug. 29 news story.

The front-page picture of Dexter Lewis smiling after receiving his life sentence is an insult to the victims, their families and anyone who has been a victim of similar crimes. Why is this animal getting any more face time? Why are the victims minimized and seemingly included as an afterthought? I am sure their families would like to see them alive and smiling again. The Denver Post should issue an apology for printing this picture.
