A Dotsero man and a teenage girl, who is being charged as an adult, have been indicted by a grand jury for and a shooting in Eagle County.
Jesus Manuel Miranda, 31, of Dotsero, faces 19 criminal counts, including attempted murder for shooting a store customer three times, according to an Eagle County District Attorney’s Office media release.
On Friday, a 5th Judicial District grand jury indicted Miranda and 17-year-old Kirsten Mascarenas, who is being charged as an adult, for the Sept. 4 armed robberies of Tienda Montes and Dinero Rapido, two Eagle County businesses.
Miranda is being held at the Eagle County Jail on a $1 million bond.
Mascarenas faces 12 criminal counts in the “violent crimes” case. She is being held on a $250,000 bond.
