On November 9, Rateliff and co. will perform on CBS’s The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. The show is shoehorned into what’s already a busy stretch for the Denver-born soul/R&B band, who’ve just come off a six-week tour in Europe and are launching into a 22-date U.S. leg that will take them through the end of the year. Rateliff’s final 2015 shows are set for Denver’s Ogden Theatre on Dec. 19 and 20. They sold out within days of going on sale.

Colbert’s Late Show may only be months old, but it’s already developed an esteemed reputation for its music. Part of that is thanks to an open-minded, forward-thinking taste in music–Chance the Rapper, and all made recent memorable appearances. It’s also thanks to Colbert himself, who isn’t afraid to and get in on the action. Tune in on Nov. 9 to see if he hops up to help Rateliff with a chorus or two.
