Here is the lineup for the so-called waterfall proposal for the 2016 and 2017 seasons for Class 5A football.
Basically, teams were placed in an equal number of leagues based on a two-year average of performance.
Approved by the state football committee, it will possibly be modified further, then voted on by the committee next month before being forwarded to the Legislative Council at its January meeting.
There will be plenty of surprises with the new outlay, including only 42 teams in the big-school class.
