
1 Milk box. A man accused his ex-girlfriend of pouring baby milk into his XBox and on the controller at his home in the 1700 block of Pitkin Way. The victim said his ex was angry that he forgot to pack their baby’s bottle in the diaper bag when she came to pick up the child Nov. 11. He said she called him and said she would break in and damage the console while he was at work. There was no real evidence.
2 Stolen robot. A couple left their dog and backpack outside of the Burger King at 625 N. Peoria St. while they ate Nov. 9. When they came back outside, the backpack was gone. The couple said their WowWee toy robot was inside.
3 No real power. A man pretending to work for Xcel Energy called a man who lives in the 900 block of South Peoria Street and convinced him that he owed Xcel $2,500, and that he had to pay it using a prepaid card or his power would be shut off. The victim gave the suspect the money Nov. 9, and then another man called back and convinced him to pay $4,000. There are no suspects.
4 Grapefruit rock. Someone threw a massive rock through the front window of the Advanced Auto Collision at 505 Nucla Way on Nov. 10.
5 Missing purse. Police were called to the Unique Thrift Store at 16801 E. Iliff Ave. because someone stole a purse from the dressing room Nov. 9.
6 Window thieves. A woman who lives in the 4200 block of South Nucla Way called police Nov. 12 because someone removed her bedroom window. There were footprints in the snow under the window.
