• Denver-based seafood provider Seattle Fish Co. has expanded its distribution service to Park City, Utah.
• Effective Jan. 1, 2016, Quanta Power Generation, Inc. will consolidate with The Ryan Company. The combined businesses will keep The Ryan Company name.
• Colliers International Denver Multifamily Advisory Group has sold Verde Meadows, a 100-unit apartment community at 1430 S. Chelton Rd. in Colorado Springs. The property sold for $3.85 million.

• Health and fitness training company FIT36 is opening a new studio in the Denver area on Nov. 28 at 9370 S. Colorado Blvd. in Highlands Ranch. It is the second studio to open in the last two weeks, and the company hopes to open seven to 10 studios in Denver by the end of 2016.
