A third man snared by federal raids on Colorado medical marijuana businesses has filed a court document indicating he plans to plead guilty.

Gerardo Uribe filed a document called a “notice of disposition” Thursday in federal court in Denver. Such a notice is typically filed when a defendant has reached a plea agreement.
