
A pair of Denver Nuggets rookies will showcase their talents during NBA All-Star weekend.
Emmanuel Mudiay and Nikola Jokic were selected Wednesday to the world team in the BBVA Compass Rising Stars Challenge, which takes place Feb. 12 at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto. The game will air on TNT at 7 p.m.
Mudiay, 19, is averaging 11.0 points, 3.3 rebounds and 5.7 assists in 31 games for Denver this season. He was selected with the seventh-overall pick in the 2015 NBA draft by the Nuggets.
In 43 games, the 20-year-old Jokic has averaged 9.0 points and 5.4 rebounds. He leads all rookies in field goal percentage (.552).
