ASPEN — A 22-year-old Oklahoma man pleaded guilty to stalking two teenage girls in downtown Aspen last summer and taking cellphone pictures up their skirts.
In addition to the felony stalking charge and a count of invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, Stephen Moore also pleaded guilty to one felony count of child abuse causing great bodily harm.
That count relates to a 9-year-old boy who Moore ran over and seriously injured while running from police.
