Pueblo police are investigating after a shooting that left one man dead in an apartment complex overnight.
Chuck Quintana-Ortega, 21, was found dead from an apparent gunshot wound at the Casa del Sol Apartments at 1701 Constitution Road just before 3 a.m. Saturday.
Investigators determined that Quintana-Ortega was involved in an altercation prior to being shot.
The investigation remains ongoing.
