Tracy and Sushe Felix are two of the best-known — and most-respected — painters in the region and each has works in the collections of the Denver Art Museum, the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center and the Kirkland Museum. Both paint wild and hilly landscapes, but as their co-exhibit at William Havu Gallery shows, their styles are different. She’s a little bit Southwest. He’s a little bit Hudson River. Together, they capture a terrain that’s familiar in the West but full of personal adventure.
