An El Paso County judge said Monday he will release details in the case against Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood shooter

District Judge Gilbert Martinez wrote that his comes “in the light of … changed circumstances,” including Dear’s outbursts in open court and his interviews with the media.

Dear has declared himself a “warrior for the babies” and said he was guilty.

Martinez said he will await final approval from the Colorado Supreme Court before making the documents — including arrest papers — public. It was not immediately clear Monday when that review would be complete.

The order adds that any information released will be redacted to remove victims’ and witnesses’ names.

Martinez’s decision comes after the state’s Supreme Court his sealing of the documents.

The Denver Post and other news organizations have been petitioning for their release.

Dear faces 179 counts — including eight charges of first-degree murder — for the Nov. 27 attack at the Colorado Springs clinic. The 57-year-old is accused of killing University of Colorado at Colorado Springs Police Officer , , 29, and , 35.
