Denver Police reopened Tower Road near Peña Boulevard near Denver International Airport about 6 p.m. Saturday.
Officials closed Tower Road in both directions around 4:10 p.m. due to a two-vehicle crash with serious injuries.
Officials are still working to determine what caused the crash.
Officials said Peña Boulevard was not affected.
