Country music satirist Kacey Musgraves diversified the 4/20 concert scene in Denver with a sold-out show at the Bluebird Theater on Wednesday night.
The show started out very dimly lit, this proved as a challenge photographers who were hoping to get photos of the rhinestone sparkled Musgraves. Perhaps the low lights were a smokescreen — Musgraves and her band spent the afternoon on Wednesday touring a marijuana cultivation facility.
Surrounded by neon cacti, Musgraves treated the audience to a large selection of songs off her two albums, “Same Trailer Different Park” (2013) and “Pageant Material” (2015) as well as a hefty handful of covers.
