Another storm is bringing clouds and the possibility of storms to the metro area this weekend, pushing away the weekday sunshine.
On Saturday, the National Weather Service forecast calls for a mostly cloudy day with a high of about 64 degrees in Denver.
Their forecast calls for about a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 3 p.m. and into the night. The storms are not expected to be severe Saturday.
Most of the state will see the cooler weather this weekend.
Across the plains and along the Interstate 25 corridor, the weather service expects morning drizzle to end by noon, with chances for scattered storms remaining throughout the day.
The storms will continue over the weekend and into early next week, with the best chances for rain showers in the metro area on Monday.
