A woman who was killed in Aurora earlier this week has been identified.
The Arapahoe County coroner’s office on Friday identified the victim as Kali Sakri, 56.
when they were called to an apartment at 1429 Macon Street.
Sakri was transported to the hospital with head trauma, but was pronounced dead.
The coroner’s office said in a Friday news release that Sakri died from a traumatic blunt force head injury.
On Thursday, Aurora police announced officers had , on suspicion of first-degree murder in the case.
