1 Window murals. A man called police to his home in the 18100 block of East Kepner Drive on April 29 because someone painted the entire rear window on his truck. During the investigation, another man came up and said the same thing happened to him. The officer canvassed the neighborhood and saw that three additional cars also had one window each that had been painted. There are no suspects.

2 Tailing the delivery truck. The neighbor of a man who lives in the 19500 block of East Idaho Drive watched a UPS truck pull up across the street and deliver a package to a man’s doorstep May 2. As soon as the truck drove off, a black car with gold wheels that was following the truck pulled over, and a man from inside ran up and stole the package. The suspicious car continued to follow the UPS truck after that.

3 Fake money. Police were called to the 7-Eleven at 16080 E. Colfax Ave. because a woman was trying to buy lottery tickets with a counterfeit $10 bill May 3. After officers verified the money was fraudulent, the suspect said she received it as change from Walmart and had no idea it was counterfeit. No charges were filed.

4 Hacked cellphone account. A woman who lives in the 19100 block of East Hampden Drive called police April 28 because an unknown person used her AT&T account to order a cellphone. The woman saw that someone added themselves to her cell plan and bought an $800 phone. There are no suspects.
