Senate Bill 38 requires periodic audits of the nonprofit community boards that manage Medicaid and mill levy funds for Coloradans with disabilities. The 20 community-centered boards in the state after a Denver audit found mismanagement of funds by Rocky Mountain Human Services.

The ceremony is set for 10:30 a.m. at Rocky Mountain Human Services, 9900 East Iliff Ave. Children are welcome.
