The Johnstown Police Department arrested Dr. Kenneth Allen Pettine, who has a medical practice in that town, on suspicion of fraudulent prescription activity that occurred over the past two years.
Police arrested Pettine on suspicion of eight counts of fraud and deceit, a felony, according to a news release from Johnstown police.

Pettine surrendered himself at the Larimer County Detention Center on Saturday.
