Q: How did you get involved in this business?
A: I started working on appliances as a helper at Sears when I was 17 and I quickly realized this was a career I really enjoyed.

Q: What distinguishes you from other businesses in your category?
A: We are constantly putting ourselves in our customers shoes thinking ‘What would I want if I was the customer?’ This helps us give the best customer service we can.

Q: What do you like best about your line of work?
A: Getting to help people. People are always glad to see us and we usually get to easily resolve their frustrating situation.

Q: What is your business’ biggest challenge?
A: The technology in our industry is constantly changing, and keeping up with the changes is a challenge. We are continually learning and taking classes

Q: Something people might be surprised to learn about you or your business:
A: People are usually the most surprised at how easily we get their problem resolved and how easy we are to work with.
