Frasca Food and Wine
Aug. 8:

John Paine joins Frasca to pour and discuss three Italian wines from the deep portfolio of Neal Rosenthal. John has worked with Rosenthal since 2006 and is one of Frasca’s favorite people to taste wine with. The team will pour a Ligurian white from Bisson and then move into two Piemontese reds: Luigi Ferrando Rosso Canavese and Monsecco Gattinara. This dinner is $50 per person for four courses (not including optional wine pairings).
