Pizza employee returns to harass. On Aug. 15, two Papa Murphy’s employees called Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies to report that another employee returned to the store at 1250 Bergen Parkway, Evergreen, and harassed them. The suspect wore a mask, but was identified when he removed it. The manager said he wanted deputies to notify the suspect that he was fired and not allowed back at the store.

Skinned your what? A deputy was dispatched Aug. 15 to Cactus Jacks, 4651 County Road 73, Evergreen, on a report of a man starting fights. The man had been ejected twice, but still was outside trying to punch people. The suspect spoke with officers and appeared intoxicated. He was also bleeding and claimed that he had “skinned his teeth.”

Landlord accused of spying. On Aug. 18, a woman called deputies to report that she believed her landlord was spying on her in the 4000 block of South Zang Street. The woman said she believed her landlord had installed cameras and was able to listen in on her conversations. The landlord said he had given her notice to move out by October, but denied any wrongdoing.

Shingles thrown at cars. A woman called deputies on Aug. 20 after she observed five males on a roof throwing shingles at cars in the 10000 block of West Chenango Drive. The woman originally thought the men were fixing the roof, but then saw them throw the shingles, hitting cars.

Truck keyed. On Aug. 20, a man called police after he noticed his truck had been keyed in the 6000 block of South Arbutus Circle. The victim said he noticed several scratches on his truck. He suspected neighborhood kids of the crime.
