FBI Director James Comey testifies before the House Oversight Committee on July 7 to explain his agency's recommendation to not prosecute Hillary Clinton.Regarding the many analyses of the Hillary Clinton loss, including blaming FBI Director James Comey, it should be understood that she lost because she would not follow the rules and was a chronic liar. Comey would not have been involved if she had followed the rules of the department she headed.
