Denver authorities have identified and charged a 33-year-old registered sex offender suspected of using his cell phone .
Jacob Magee is accused of one count of invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, a Class 6 felony.
The Denver District Attorney’s Office says on Oct. 30, Magee allegedly took the photos at Sports Authority Field at Mile High near the stadium’s Gate 10.
When confronted, Magee fled the scene. Denver police released surveillance images of the suspect with a prosthetic leg who was wearing a Von Miller jersey.

Prosecutors say Magee is registered as a sex offender in Lafayette. He has been released from jail after posting $2,000 bail and is next due in court on Dec. 15.
