A 10-year Fountain boy stabbed his older brother Saturday over cigarettes, the police department reported.
The 20-year-old brother suffered an injury to his arm and was treated and released from a hospital, according to a news release from the Fountain Police Department.
The older brother refused to press charges. The case will be referred to the Fourth Judicial District Attorney’s Office, which decides whether to prosecute crime in El Paso County.
