Northglenn snow

A cyclist and his dog use the E.B. Rains Jr. Park in Northglenn on Monday, Jan. 9, 2017. The city of Northglenn’s 2017 budget includes funds for the city-wide replacement of its 40-year-old logo, which officials have spent the past 2 years redesigning. Costs will be spread over a period of more than four years, starting in 2017 and ending in 2020. The new logo was developed based on what extensive community research dictated — that residentÕs value home, trees and parks. (Photo by Kathryn Scott/The Denver Post)
