
The University of Northern Colorado football coaching staff has been wandering the halls on the second floor of Bank of Colorado Arena in suit coats and ties lately.
Thatap when they haven’t been on the road tracking down the best high school and junior college players to fit their needs, starting today with National Letter of Intent signing day.
This morning, itap expected the UNC roster will officially have 39 new members — more than enough to fill the gap left by 22 seniors.
Expected to be one of the biggest signing classes in recent years, the Bears are coming off back-to-back 6-5 seasons, which no doubt played a positive role in Earnest Collins Jr’s staff selling the program.
The list of new Bears consists of six junior college players and 33 high school players who have given verbal commitments to Collins.
