The body of a man, a homicide victim, found during the weekend in Englewood has been identified.
On Tuesday the Englewood Police Department identified the victim as 33-year-old Patrick Steven Murphy.
Murphy’s body was found by a passer-by at about 12:15 p.m. Saturday near a duck pond northwest of the intersection of South Broadway and West Jefferson Avenue, police said.
Police did not release a cause of death. An investigation is ongoing. A suspect has not been identified.
