With the CHSAA state wrestling tournament set for this Thursday through Saturday at the Pepsi Center, 33 individual champions across four classifications headline the field in downtown Denver.
In the team race, Pomona and Pueblo County have grips on 5A and 4A, while Valley and Alamosa are frontrunners in 3A and Rocky Ford is the favorite in 2A. The tournament begins at 3 p.m. on Thursday with 2A and 3A preliminaries.
