Doll is accused of killing a 4-year-old relative on Thursday inside the house at 4221 W. 136th Ave. in Broomfield.
Police dispatchers received two calls from the residence, which property records show is owned by Joseph D. Doll, around 9:30 a.m. Thursday. The first was a 911 hangup and the second was a request for emergency medical assistance.
When police arrived, they found a boy suffering from what they described as a “massive amount of trauma.”
