PRICE: $3,895 million, HOA fees: $2,032 per month.

SIZE: 4,628 square feet, $841 per square foot

LOCATION: The penthouse, at East Third Avenue and Logan Street, is in a unique location, according to . “It’s close to downtown, Washington Park, Cherry Creek and Denver Country Club. You can walk to South Broadway and Carmine’s on Penn,” he said. “Plus the bike path is a block away.”

ABOUT THE HOUSE: The penthouse, which occupies the entire south side of the 17th floor, offers 270-degree views from the mountains to the eastern plains. The building is situated so there are no other tall buildings nearby to block the views. “You chase the sun,” Blank said. “On a clear day, you can see Pikes Peak and the Flatirons.”

The secure elevator takes residents to the penthouse level, where there is a 800-foot shared lobby area with the other penthouse unit. Entering the condo, the views from the floor-to-ceiling windows make a dramatic first impression, Blank said.

The living space encompasses one floor, with an open kitchen, dining room and living room surrounded by glass. The kitchen features custom cabinetry, a large island with California-oak bartop, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and a breakfast area.

The living room and dining room are divided by a two-sided fireplace, and a second fireplace is in the master bedroom. The master bath includes heated floors, a soaking tub and steam shower. All three bedrooms have private balconies.

The lighting and sound system are controlled at the touch of a button, and two options of window shading — 50 percent transparency or total blackout — are also fully automated.

A modern staircase leads to a 2,000 square-foot skydeck, again with views of the mountains and city. The rooftop has concrete pavers and is plumbed for gas. “You get this floating above the landscape feeling,” Blank said. “It is a great space for parties.”

The building was built in 1997, but this penthouse was unfinished until 2015, and the buyer will be its first owner. Amenities include concierge services, a workout facility and business center. The penthouse is designated a large storage unit and eight parking places — five of which are underground.
