The Arapahoe County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim as Marquette Killingsworth, 32. He died of a gunshot wound to the chest.

The suspect was arrested without incident, Amsler said. The Colorado Springs’ Tactical Enforcement Unit also assisted in making the arrest.

The victim was fatally shot May 4 on the parking lot of the Riviera Motel on the 9100 block of East Colfax Avenue, he said.
