Douglas County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a suspect following a shooting early Wednesday that wounded one man near Cottonwood Drive and Jordan Road in Parker.
The incident shortly after 3 a.m. began as an altercation involving the men and a woman, said Lauren Lekander, sheriff’s office spokeswoman.
The victim’s injuries are not life-threatening and he was taken to a hospital.
An investigation is underway.
