Three people died in automobile crashes Sunday night in Denver.
One person was killed in a crash at Central Park and 40th Avenue, according to a police bulletin.
Two people died in a crash near where northbound Interstate 25 meets Hampden Boulevard, police said. Two northbound lanes of Interstate 25 that had been closed while the accident was being investigated reopened about 10:30 p.m., according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
TRAFFIC UPDATE: N/B I-25 & Hampden crash confirmed as a double fatality. Closures remain in place due to the investigation.
