The body of a 59-year-old Englewood woman was found Tuesday in Rocky Mountain National Park.

On Tuesday morning at the North Trailhead parking area, rangers located a vehicle described in an advisory about a welfare check, according to a park news release. After finding the vehicle, the body of Teresa Sajsa, was discovered near Tonahutu Creek, close to the trailhead.

The cause and manner of her death will be determined by the Grand County coroner’s office.
