Suspect in Greeley man’s death arrested in Thornton

A 37-year-old man was arrested Tuesday in Thornton as a suspect in the death of a Greeley man.

Kelly Robert Raisley was taken into custody at about 11 a.m. in the 4700 block of East 127th Drive, according to Greeley police.

Denver Safe Streets Task Force and Thornton police assisted Greeley with the arrest. Raisley was taken to the Adams County jail and book on outstanding warrants, including first-degree murder. He will be transferred to the Weld County jail.

Raisley is also being held on drug charges. The homicide investigation is ongoing.
