
Under mostly sunny skies, temperatures will rise to the highest level this week on Thursday, with highs in the mid-70s, forecasters say.
Winds out of the southwest will shift to a northerly direction in the evening, with wind gusts as high as 35 mph, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder.
The low temperature Thursday night will be around 40 degrees.
It will be sunny but cooler on Friday and the weekend, with a high of around 64 on Friday and temperatures rising into the upper 50s on Saturday and Sunday.
There is a slight chance for rain and then snow Saturday night, when winds could gust up to 29 mph. The low temperature Saturday night will drop below freezing to about 29 degrees.
Temperatures will rebound early next week with high temperatures in the upper 60s and low 70s, the NWS says.
