Sunshine will burn off early-morning fog in Denver

Sunny skies are expected once patchy fog dissipates around 9 a.m. Wednesday in the Denver metro area, forecasters say.

The high temperature will be around 55 degrees as soft southerly breezes flow along the Front Range, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder.

Partly cloudy skies are expected Wednesday night with a low of around 26 degrees.

It will be mostly sunny on Thursday, with a high near 50. South to southeast winds of between 6 to 9 mph are expected. Winds will shift to an easterly direction in the afternoon.

Temperatures will rise to around 63 degrees on Friday. The low Friday night will be around 32 degrees.

It will be mostly sunny with a high temperature of 54 on Saturday, which is Veteran’s Day, the weather service says.

Temperatures will rise into the upper 50s and mid 60s between Sunday and Tuesday, according to the weather service.
