Mostly sunny skies and southwesterly winds on Monday will help raise temperatures to the upper 60s in Denver, forecasters say.

The high is expected to be around 69 degrees in downtown Denver, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder. The low temperature Monday night will be around 37 degrees.

In the high country, west winds of 10 to 20 mph can be expected with gusts ranging from 25 to 50 mph with the highest gusts near mountain ridges, the NWS says.

The high on Tuesday will be around 66 degrees with mostly sunny skies. Temperatures will dip below freezing Tuesday night.

It will be a bit cooler on Wednesday with a high of around 57 degrees. On Thursday, the high will be around 67 degrees.

It will be breezy and mostly sunny, with a high near 54 on Friday. There’s a slight chance of rain showers before 4 p.m. on Friday, then a slight chance of rain and snow showers.

Temperatures will be in the low-to-mid 50s on the weekend, according to the NWS.
