Weld County Coroner Carl Blesch has identified a 21-year-old Greeley man who police east of Evans.

Just after 4 a.m. Saturday, Joshua Fagan was struck while walking on Weld County Road 54, just east of the South Platte River in Evans. According to police, Fagan, who was on foot, was hit by a 1999 or 2000 purple Honda Accord, police believe, and then a gray Volkswagen Golf GTI. Officers are still searching for the drivers of both vehicles.
