Three gunmen wearing hoodies and bandannas robbed two men at gunpoint early Thanksgiving morning at a Colorado Springs stoplight, authorities say.
The robbery happened at 2:30 a.m. near the Citadel Mall, according to a police report.
The two victims were in a car when they came to a stoplight on North Academy Boulevard at East Portal Drive, the police report says.
Three men in a dark-colored Jeep jumped out at the stoplight and brandished guns. The suspects struck each of the victims with their fists, and stole wallets, cellphones and a backpack.
Police are investigating the crime.
