OAKLAND, Calif. — Quarterback Brock Osweiler, previously the team’s starter, and tight end are among the Broncos’ seven inactive players Sunday against the Raiders.

Second-year quarterback will start and will serve as his backup. This season the Broncos have carried only two quarterbacks on game days.

Heuerman, initially listed as one of five players questionable to play at Oakland, will miss his second-consecutive game because of a knee injury. He was held out of practice last Wednesday and limited the following two days.

Outside linebacker and defensive end were also on the list of players questionable to play, but the two tested out their ankle injuries about three hours before kickoff and were deemed OK to play.

Rounding out the list of inactives are receiver Isaiah McKenzie, running back De’Angelo Henderson, outside linebacker DeMarcus Walker, offensive lineman Cyrus Kouandjio and nose tackle Kyle Peko.
