Beth Ann Young, 54, allegedly struck and killed 53-year-old bicyclist John Kirby at around 4 p.m. Nov. 27 on Double Angel Road, said Lauren LeKander, spokeswoman for the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department.
Young’s first court appearance is scheduled for Jan. 26.
