A motorcycle rider died Tuesday from injuries suffered in a traffic crash on West Colfax Avenue in Denver.
The crash, which also involved a truck, happened about 3:25 p.m. in the eastbound lanes near Interstate 25, according to police.
Police first described the crash as involving serious injuries. Just before 7:30 p.m. police said one person had died.

The driver of the motorcycle, a man in his mid-20s, died of injuries, said John White, a police spokesman. A passenger on the motorcycle, a woman, suffered serious injuries.
An investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
