TRI Pointe Homes will ply you with Hawaiian treats from Ohana Grille in Sloan’s Lake on Saturday, March 3, to tempt you into touring six model homes grand-opening at Ravenwood Village in master-planned Terrain, Castle Rock. And you’ll find that fare even more appetizing if you’ve been shopping for resale homes in a very competitive south Denver market.
“We’re seeing people coming back now who visited a month ago, who’ve shopped for resales and have seen bidding wars,” says Trishell MacDonald, who along with Camilla Corsaro will show you TRI Pointe’s Prelude Series, a mile east of Founders Parkway on Colorado 86. TRI Pointe has single-family plans here from the upper $300s and has already sold around 20 of them prior to today’s grand opening.
You’ll also see TRI Pointe’s larger Debut Series – including a super-family 4008 model with five bedrooms and five baths, 3,100 square feet of finished space, including a guest bedroom on the main level. With a base price of $465,900, the design is selling to “multi-generational” buyers – some with parents who are regular visitors to see their Colorado grandkids, says TRI Pointe’s Andrea Minott.
Other buyers come directly from the rental market – some planning a trip down the aisle, giving up two apartments for the chance to buy a first home. Along with the models you’ll tour, TRI Pointe has a series of Showcase homes itap finishing up now, some ready to deliver this month. That includes a family-sized 3504 plan you’ll visit as a show home with three bedrooms plus a loft. If you like how it lays out, you’ll find a four-bedroom version ready now at $474,383.
If you’re a ranch buyer, Minott will show you one ready now – 2,018 square feet on the main level, plus a walkout basement for future finish, at $499,968. Buyers of either home will find themselves close to trails and parks in Terrain’s master plan, including a new park and a second swimming club planned for a site close to these models. And they’ll pass the abundance of shopping/dining attractions that Castle Rock has – one reason the town earns high ratings in national surveys of best places to live, including an A-rating from Niche.com, using an algorithm that mixes performance data and user reviews.
The food truck is on site until 2 p.m. You’ll reach TRI Pointe’s grand opening by taking I-25 south to the Meadows/Founders Parkway, heading east 4 miles to Highway 86 by the King Soopers center, then turning east a mile to High Point Road, and turning left (north) to a traffic circle (the models are to your left).
