Icy, slushy roads and continuing snowfall will make driving to work a slow, grueling challenge for many Denverites Tuesday morning.

Splashback from tractor-trailer trucks and zooming dare-devils will also impair driving conditions even though the spring storm is winding down.

The total overnight snow accumulation in the Denver area is expected to be 2 to 3 inches, with the accumulation mostly on grassy areas, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder.
