A man was shot and killed Sunday night in Colorado Springs and then placed in a storage locker at the facility, authorities say.
Police were called by someone in the 2100 block of East Platte Avenue at 8:42 p.m.
The caller indicated that the shooting victim would be found several miles away, at a storage facility in the 3400 block of Astrozon Court in southeast Colorado Springs.
When police arrived they found the body of a man who had suffered “apparent trauma.”
The Colorado Springs Police Department’s Violent Crimes Section is investigating the shooting.
No information has been released about any possible suspects.
