A Brighton middle school teacher has been charged with four counts of sexual assault on a child related to his alleged conduct with two seventh grade girls in his computer class.

Rory Seeman, a 33-year-old teacher at Overland Trail Middle School, was charged with two counts of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust and two counts of sexual assault on a child, according to a 17th Judicial District news release.

The charges relate to Seeman’s alleged conduct from August to November  with students in his computer-skills class who were 11- and 12-years old.

Further information about Seeman’s behavior was not immediately released.

Seeman was charged Wednesday in Adams County Court. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Friday.
