What does a $250,000 house in Denver look like? Or a $450,000 house?
As market prices continue to climb in the metro area, a home with a half-million dollar price tag ten years ago looks quite a bit different now. So let’s put the market back in context.
The Denver Metro Association of Realtors selected five homes that were representative of different price points in the market. The homes, which range from two to five bedrooms, were recentlysold, their prices starting $250,000 and increasing at $100,000 increments to $650,000.
