An unidentified man is suspected of using a cell phone to film young girls using the restroom at the Boulder Public Library on Wednesday night.
Boulder police announced in a news release that the suspect is believed to be a white man with a hairy arm who was wearing black pants and black and white shoes while filming. The man allegedly filmed a 7-year-old and a 9-year-old under the stalls with a cell phone.
Police are working with library staff to review surveillance video, and investigators want to talk to a man seen walking out of the hallway where the restrooms are located seconds after the two girls exited the bathroom. Police consider him a “person of interest.”
Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Stephanie Ragland at 303-441-3339.
